When designing a UI, it pays off to think about the visual hierarchy of the page. The visual hierarchy is how you make things look important. Creating a good visual hierarchy in your UI components means ranking the content elements by their perceived priority for the user, directing their attention to the most important object. There are a couple of methods that you can use to achieve a hierarchy that makes sense: - Colour - Size - Grouping These three key points are ordered, which means that a big difference in colour will be able to "override" the other design choices.
